	The Concept In France, bistros are often operated by families and are the places to go for a quick and casual meal. This contemporary cuisine normally consists of rather hearty portions and is often accompanied by wines. Bistro Petit Salut offers authentic French fare. The menu and price is targeted at broadening our customer profile to include a younger group of diners with discerning palates for French food. With its relaxed and friendly setting, it will also be a destination for families and friends. The Cuisine The 3-course set lunch at $25++ offers a selection of 6 choices from each course. Our 3-course set dinner at $38++ will leave diners spoilt for choices. We also have a small a la carte menu consisting of our all time favourites like duck pâté, Escargots, Coq au Vin and Cassoulet.

	The Wine list The wine list offers a decent range of Old and New World wines with house pour selections served by glass or carafe, all at very affordable prices. The wine list is made up of simple, easy to drink wines from regions like Bordeaux, Burgundy, Languedoc-Roussillon and Beaujolais. To cater to larger cross section of diners, our wine list also includes wines from New Zealand and Australia.
