Heading the kitchen of Bistro Petit Salut is Chef Jason Wong. He joined as a part time chef in 1999. He was trained by various chefs of Au Petit Salut and had been Sous Chef to Chef Patrick Heuberger for the past 4 years.
With all the experience he has gained working alongside Chef Patrick, Chef Jason was the obvious choice to helm the kitchen of Bistro Petit Salut. |
